Health Surveillance medicals including noise, lung , skin and vibration tests are also available.

We ask you to arrive at least 5 minutes early. You are likely to be asked to complete a medical questionnaire as well as a medical. All medical information will remain private & confidential. We are likely to produce a medical report and/or a medical certificate. If requested, we require your consent to release this medical report and or a medical certificate to your employer. No medical information will be released without your approval and consent. You will be offered a copy of all reports and certificates.  You can ask to review the medical report before it is released.

All medical appointments are reserved by a fee as a deposit. This deposit is 50% of the fee. Cancellation by you or your employer leads to the loss of your deposit. We may be able to offer an alternative date & time if we have at least one week’s notice. If we, Medicals4work Ltd cancel the appointment for any reason then you or your employer will receive a full refund. We will try to be as flexible as we can if we are given more than one week’s notice to rearrange or cancel a medical appointment.
